Going behind the scenes of one of the world’s most admirable professions.  Sometimes we forget that there are so many heroes in our midst—folks quietly going about daily duties that save lives and positively impact our immediate community and the world beyond. Naka reopens as Adana: Curate your own 3-course tasting menu
We only dined at Naka once before it closed its doors in January. Maybe Seattle wasn’t ready for Naka’s fine dining kaiseki concept, offering 6, 10 and 15-course menu options. Nevertheless, we were pleased to hear that Chef Shota Nakajima reopened with a new concept in the same space as Adana. The food, the dining experience, and the service are still as high quality as before—with a more approachable and affordable menu.  (more…)

Los Angeles Rams vs Seattle Seahawks Week 15 Recap
Aptly described by Richard “I’m Better Than You At Life” Sherman, the “poopfest” that is Thursday Night NFL games kicked off with the Los Angeles Rams visiting Seattle to take on the Seahawks.  The Rams, who just recently fired former head coach Jeff Fisher, have been on a tailspin as of late and came into Thursday on a four-game losing streak and fresh off of a 42-14 beatdown at the hands of the Atlanta Falcons.
