New Grub Alert: Splash Lounge In Belltown

Whether you’re in the mood for Asian or Italian, vodka or whiskey — this hotspot has it all.

Perfectly pairing an East-meets-West dining experience with a trendy upscale lounge, Splash Lounge — Belltown’s newest restaurant — gives Seattleites yet another delicious locale where they can indulge themselves.

Owners Brian Fetty and Frank Leung have already turned heads — and won the appetites — of local foodies with their wide range of dining options. Dishes range from filet mignon and yam fries to orange splashed scallops with mashed potatoes — and all are available at a reasonable price, to boot.

Head chef John Guffad, who has cooked in the U.S. and across the sea in Makati, Philippines, is in the kitchen and was also featured in “Celebrated Chefs Volume 2.” This top chef will not disappoint, and only leaving you wanting more.

The lounge’s pre-made cocktails will do more than wet your whistle — but just in case they don’t match your tastes for the evening, the fully-stocked, bar should be able to meet your needs. Plus, the lounge is illuminated by LED lights, making this an eco-friendly watering hole.

The décor offers deep leather seats with smaller tables and artwork on the walls from Manchi Photography — the perfect environment for mingling with friends or meeting new people.

Happy hour happens Monday through Friday, from 4 to 7 p.m. In addition, there is a late night happy hour Monday through Saturday, from 9:30 p.m. to 12 a.m.. Splash Lounge will surely make a splash with your appetite, while leaving your wallet relatively dry.
