Food Porn: Mistral Kitchen

Explore all three of Mistral Kitchen’s dining experiences.

In this edition of Food Porn, we feature Mistral Kitchen, in the booming neighborhood of South Lake Union. Flowing with low-key elegance, Mistral Kitchen serves up accessible and experimental food using fresh and seasonal ingredients.

Executive Chef and Owner of the late Mistral in Belltown, William Belickis has thoughtfully planned out this beautiful space with four kitchens and three dining areas. The restaurant caters to all your dining needs. Whether you need a private lounge space, the bar or main dining room for some casual dining, the Jewel Box for sophisticated fine dining, or the premium Chef’s Table for a VIP experience in food and service, Mistral Kitchen has it all.

Hamachi Crudo is fresh and light. Pork Belly Slider with braised cabbage, caraway, and whole grain mustard aioli is a delicious appetizer. Seared Hudson Valley Foie Gras with pistachio and cacao nibs. Lamb Loin is roasted in a clay oven with eggplant, lentils, Tokyo turnip, and Cipollini onions.

For dessert, try the Spiced Quince Cake with ricotta, lassi, and cornflakes or the moist and decadent Sticky Toffee Pudding with persimmon, earl grey Crème fraiche.
