Wing Luke Museum of the Asian Pacific American Experience presents From Fields to Family: Asian Pacific Americans and Food.

Traditions, techniques, and mouth-watering stories! This delectable new exhibit investigates cultural traditions and cooking techniques that have adapted and changed with the passing of time and generations, uncovers the ways politics influences how food is produced and by whom, and honors those who have sacrificed so much—even their lives—to bring food to our tables.  Experience the sights, sounds, tastes and smells of food in the homes and ritual life of diverse Asian Pacific Americans.
