Dress in white and prepare to have the time of your life — and get drenched in neon paint.
What do you get when you combine performance art, high-energy music, confetti rain and neon paint? Dayglow, the world’s largest paint party.
USC Events and Committee Entertainment have combined forces to bring Dayglow to Seattle this Saturday, May 19th. This year’s lineup features Benny Benassi and hot Seattle DJs, hosted by Emir Duru. Dress in white and prepare to have the time of your life.
In its humble beginnings, Dayglow was a yearly tradition practiced on a Florida college campus. Since 2006, the experience has taken the world by storm, selling out arenas across the nation, breaking records and mesmerizing millions.
This is not your typical party, it is a 5 hour non-stop dance party with multiple DJs throwing down the best beats, while your senses are overwhelmed as acrobats soar through the air, and contortionists, stilt walkers and fire shows take over the stage. All the while the clock counts down the seconds until cannons explode covering the masses in a neon rainbow of paint.
Dayglow production is constantly breaking new ground in order to take their show to the next level. In 2010, DAYGLOW 3D visited select cities across the country. Eye popping 3-D effects played all night long on multiple screens, and bodies were coved in 3-D body paint, every member of the audience received a pair of Dayglow 3D glasses.
